The Teaching Dead
Abstract
Oil pastel on acid-free paper. I was inspired to create this piece after
anatomy in my first year of medical school. The entire process changed my perspective on what it means to be studying medicine. I wanted to convey this experience with the illusion of the eye or the butterfly inside the orbit.
