Calculating cholesterol (C) and triglyceride (TG) levels in very-low-density lipoprotein (VLDL), low-density lipoprotein (LDL), and high-density lipoprotein (HDL).
Abstract
Calculating the cholesterol, triglyceride levels in VLDL, LDL and HDL in more efficient way to assist clinical researchers to draw more accurate and precise results from their studies. This is currently being used in Dr. Dunbar's lab in Department of Translational Medicine and Genetics at Hospital of University of Pennsylvania. In addition, we found conversion of apoB levels to synchronzie with particle level measurement (nmol/L).
