{"id":19,"name":"Lindsay Marszal","url":"","description":"Lindsay Marszal is a member of the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences Class of 2016.  She graduated with honors from Northern Illinois University with a B.S. in Biological Science.  She completed her Masters degree at Boston University.  She did her graduate thesis work in the lab of A. Thomas Look at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where she studied Investigated the molecular basis of susceptibility and resistance to therapeutic RAF kinase inhibition and secretome proteomics in acute myeloid leukemia.  She also completed the Pediatric Oncology Education program at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital studying the effect of prophylactic treatment on infectious episodes and bacterial sepsis and the bacterial colonization patterns in children with acute myeloid leukemia.  In addition, she is actively involved with student council and the GW Healing Clinic, a student run clinic.
